Here’s the definition of frustration, buying a new smart phone, only to find it gets crummy reception from your home and office. Living in an area plagued by poor coverage or numerous dead zones takes all the fun out of those amped up features that smart phone are made for.
Fortunately, with a little help from an aftermarket cell phone antenna and/or repeater, these frustrating troubles can be a thing of the past.
A Wilson antenna, which is compatible with most major cell phone brands, can be installed on the outside of a building or truck to help increase signal strength. These powerful, but discrete, devices can be installed and working in just a few short minutes.
For remote locations, or locations with particularly weak signal reception a cell phone repeater could be just what the doctor ordered. A repeater works as a sort of electronic vacuum that pulls a weak signal from the air and runs it through a booster. The beefed up signal is then transmitted back to the cell tower and sent through to the caller.
In the era of smart phones that boast video phones and video playback, consumers don’t have to stand for weak cell phone signal reception.
